Summary: If I could leave zero stars I would. They don’t care about your stuff, and they don’t do a job the right way; they don’t give a crap about customer service. Go somewhere else. Details: My wife went to get a tire looked at on our 2016 Chevy Tahoe and ended up being a side wall issue and tire had to be replaced; we didn’t have the money right now so they put the spare on for us. They threw the full size tire in the back on the car on top of my wife’s stuff which included a very expensive purse and some other nice things, getting black smudges over everything and breaking a sign. And they left the back cover hanging off the car. All they had to do was move some stuff out today the way, and if they didn’t want to do that, just put it back under the car; or they could have taken 60 s

I was never talked to so rudely and dismissed so easily. I called to align my vehicle and was flat out told no he wouldn’t do it if I installed parts and with the price of things today I had I no choice. This Patins tire whatever ain’t getting my business and it shouldn’t get yours. Rudest person I spoke to in some time. But I called Bonin tire and service at 406 east admiral Doyle in new Iberia,La and they took me in no question and did a hell of a job and at a hell of a price. Bonin got my business and it should get yours.

Worst tire place in all Acadiana, terrible management, they do not care about you or your vehicle. Extremely rude, they throw things around and leave stuff unfinished on your vehicle. You call to complain and they defend it. Go anywhere but here, trust me.
