Patrick Marsden - State Farm Insurance Agent

I have been with Patrick Marsden's State Farm for almost 10 years now and have had nothing but positive experiences. Working with Hunter is always a breeze; there is no rush and he always answers all questions thoroughly, sometimes twice if asked. I recently added a vehicle to my policy and in so doing, I learned of some, previously unknown, benefits and details of my policy which was a pleasant surprise not to mention the great rates that I have had all along. All in all a great relationship.

I have been with multiple insurance carriers prior to coming to Patrick and his team/State Farm back in 2017 and I won’t ever be looking for another. The level of customer service provided by him and his team is remarkable and the support they lend when accidents happen or when big life changes occur is invaluable. Couldn’t recommend enough!

Patrick Marsden and team at State Farm has been our insurance agent for a very long time. They are responsive and knowledgeable and easy to work with. After a recent auto accident I reached out to them for assistance and they responded quickly and compassionately. We were able to get a rental right away with the help of Melissa at State Farm, and she answered all the questions I had about the next steps we needed to take since we were out of town.. Our car was totaled and they outlined the steps needed and we were able to submit the information and receive confirmation the following day. They are an excellent company and I highly recommend State Farm for your insurance needs!

Still waiting for a call back from several weeks ago (update: I got a response to my review but not a return phone call). Patrick’s team made promises that their claims department will not want to honor. After being not so politely asked to leave their office (I imagine a mismanaged and legally indefensible claim doesn’t make for good new business), I was told phone is better, so I called and asked to leave a message for Patrick but was denied the opportunity to do so. I was told no several times, so I tried leaving a message with the office rep as requested. I was talked over constantly making it hard to leave a message.
