Seems to be a excellent auto repair shop. Seems like the people who work here are honest. I took my RV in for trouble shooting as had a history code for cylinder 5 misfire. Actually nothing was actually wrong. According to use of their OBD2 tool. Just cost me $72. For checking on it. When something happens to be wrong I will go there for service under the warranty.

Always a pleasure. Great customer service and they pay attention to detail. As I was getting here to post my review, I saw a very negative one with some name calling in it. Not sure what happened or what one's interpretation was but for me, I am always happy with all aspects. I like getting stuff done when I need it. I don't shop for the cheapest mechanic either. I think the prices reflect the market.

Untrustworthy, overpriced, unskilled, and fraudulent mechanics here at Patricks. They had my bus i live in, for 4 months only for it to run worse than it had before I brought it here and caused further damage while being unable to fix original intermittent starting issue. They also marked my paperwork saying they installed a new starter I "provided" (i did not provide a new starter) therefor nulling any warranty but I didn't ask for a new starter and the starter was never the issue. I asked them to put my old starter back in since their over priced parts didn't solve anything, and I think they may have, but still charged me for a new starter and install, damaged my starting gears, and falsified paperwork so I couldn't use warranty if I needed. Had an excellent experience at Patricks, not only was the cost less than expected, it was less than quoted. Work was done quickly and well ( brakes on Mercedes Sprinter). Thanks Patricks great job!

My friend of mine brought a vehicle there,an RV to get repaired. They told him that they charged by the hour. However, they didn’t tell the truth and the fact that every single time they touched an item they were charging a minimum charge of an hour. He had five different jobs that were literally five and 10 minute jobs and they charged him instead of a half hour for all the labor they charged him 10 times the amount. He had just had new rear brakes put on the vehicle and had them inspected a month before and only had put 200 miles on the vehicle and they charged him over $1000 for parts and labor for something that wasn’t needed also. Go there at your own risk! Make sure you get everything specifically in writing! Read all the rest of the bad reviews!
