Got my oil changed here last week. I decided to come back for the state inspection. I was very impressed with both services. The front desk technician was very friendly and greeted me. He began working on the car immediately so I didn’t have to wait long. The waiting area is very clean, has a TV and complimentary drinks for customers. I’ll definitely come back for other services!

This is where I will take my car from now on and I will refer my family as well. The service was wonderful and they helped make sure that I left with a safe vehicle. I felt that they were fair in their pricing. I was treated respectfully and they made every effort to accommodate me. Landon Smith was great to work with and the owner called me the next day to thank me for the trust I put in his shop. It was a major repair and the owner test-drove the vehicle himself to make sure everything was right. 5 star service

Best experience ever. Landon worked with me through some complicated fixes, walked me through options, and offered education on my car’s issues. At the end, they gave me an incredible price for labor, and even refunded a part I asked them to order because it wasn’t necessary to use. Patriot Express and their staff have more than earned my gratitude and respect.

Attention Tesla owners — if you’re stuck waiting days for the dealership to fit you in, Patriot Express is the place to go. They were able to see me the same day and quickly resolved my issue when Tesla service was backed up. The staff was helpful, professional, and genuinely kind throughout the process, and the owner even came out personally to shake my hand, which really stood out. Phenomenal experience. The owner was walking around making sure that customers were taken care of. The work overall was great. I’m actually gonna take my four Runner back in for an alternator change in the next couple weeks. I heard the owner talking to a customer about his Tesla and doing everything he can to help him super impressed and will be coming back for sure.
