Patriot Freightliner - Western Star

Was towed into their shop for blown radiator and got there around 3pm local time and was told it would be in the morning before they get to it because they close at 5..no problem..next morning the svc writer and tech are on it and while they made no guarantee to have it done that day the tech managed to get it completed in 6hrs..awesome service all the way around..couldn’t be happier with it..would recommend this shop if in the area and needing repairs.

Had an issue with our Mercedes Benz Sprinter Van RV, called these guys up at 1:00, they fit us into their afternoon, we drove 2 hours for the service, waited 2 hours and drove 2 back to our campground. Waiting room is pretty modest, but we walked down the street to Allen's Farm Stand (at the recommendation of the Service Manager) and we loaded up on fresh produce, coffee and cider donuts. They fixed our issue with full explanations and we were on our way back north. We were irritated by the need for service but thrilled this Freightliner Service Group services Sprinter vans also!

Ed you wanted a reveiw, without all the waiting which is natural, the parts totaled $2226.36 for the bumper, side hood, light and connecting parts. The labor wa$4134.72,which is pretty much.

If I could do a 10 star I would been to alot of shops over the years and Patriot Freightliner is one of the best I have been to! The women running the service department are the nicest ladies u can meet and were very detailed in the bill to what they did to the truck (also kept me in the loop while they were doing it )think they were fairly priced even thought they were busy they got me in there that day and got me out in a timely manner had bad wires clogged Def system and bad nox sensors easy to get to off i91 exit 5 would highly recommend 5 stars for sure !

Extremely nice!! I called to ask about how many height control valves I had on my freightliner, and she got my info, and said she'll call me back after she researches the answers for me. I'M IMPRESSED!!! I called a freightliner in Massachusetts before I called here, and they just gave me an email to ask my question. THANKS WESTMINSTER!!!!!
