We had an incredible experience! From the moment I called, Justin went out of his way to help us out of a tight spot. He came out on a Sunday evening to tow our trailer off the highway and even let us store it at their facility, and had it on jacks for us the next morning. I had a breakdown with a car stuck in reverse, no clutch, broken shifter. Justin came out within an hour and took extra care to prevent further damage. I had a tight area that I needed the car dropped and he was surgical with that tow truck. I will only trust Patriot for all my towing needs going forward.

Justin helped get a (heavy) 20ft container off our flatbed truck where we needed it. Appreciated keeping us updated with when he was on his way.
