I had two tires installed and then rotated at this location. Roughly 100 miles later, my vehicle developed a noticeable vibration from the rear that was not present before the service. I returned the vehicle to have the issue addressed. I was then told that I had a broken belt in the passenger front tire, which is odd, because that was one of the old tires, not the ones just installed, and it does not explain a rear vibration that began after their work. I was told they would “take care of it,” so I left the vehicle with them. When I returned, my vehicle had not been moved at all. No test drive, no re-inspection, no correction. I stopped in there this evening after work to ask if they could put my winter tires on my car because we are already getting snow. Everywhere else I contacted was by appointment only and booked out for days. They absolutely did this for me and were friendly and professional. Thank you Patriot Tire and Auto Care. I get you guys wanna make money but come on do it the right way. Doing things after I said not to just so you can make money. on top of that keeping my new brakes and rotors after telling me they didn’t need changed and why am I changing it I told them no but they still did it . Now my car is making weird noses after the fact that they did my brakes I read some of the reviews and looks like the same recurring issues are happening. Customer service was horrible like to a point where I thought the guy was gonna start yelling at me. For the 50 new and recurring clients i talk to monthly I will tell each and everyone of them to never come here.

I was here the other week because I was dumb and bought metal decorative valve stem caps that got locked onto my valve stems! So I had to replace all four valve stems. The guys were wonderful! Super friendly, knowledgeable, and bent over backwards to fix my problem. I wish I would have gotten their names. I will be going here from now on for any of my tire needs.
