I can't say enough about this business. Honest, reliable and empathetic. Heather worked tirelessly to schedule me in for my inspection after waiting until the last minute and having a check engine light on. She assured me that I'd be within compliance and developed a plan that would allow me to meet all the requirements by the state deadline. She went above and beyond in all regards to make sure I was comfortable with the process when my check engine light turned out to be a larger cost than I expected. They researched to find me the lowest priced parts and their labor charge per hour beats every auto shop in the area by far. I own a European vehicle and confess that I was skeptical about bringing it to a smaller shop like Pat’s, especially since I have always serviced it at the dealer. But I have found Pat’s technicians and staff to be knowledgeable, customer friendly, responsive, and to provide excellent service. They also make things right if you are unhappy. I had a older model Tacoma serviced here and they where very helpful and got it running back up to speed.

On June 30th, my wife and I were to join some friends at the beach at Misquamicut. When we arrived at the Andrea, we had a piece of metal in our tire and it was leaking fast. The retail chains in the area couldn’t help at all without destroying our beach day with estimated waits for hours. We found Pat’s, And they were able to help us right away. Now this may be just another typical day for the staff at Pat’s, But for us, it made all the difference and saved the day. We are truly grateful! Thank you for taking us right in and getting that tire plugged for us, so we could salvage our afternoon at the beach!
