These guys rule. When I picked up my repaired car we unfortunately immediately realized the engine was busted (not their fault; freak coincidence of timing after the Kia Boyz played GTA with it). Rich paid for my Lyft home and documented a clear, detailed explanation with my insurance company. Then, when insurance told me the car was a total loss, Rich called and convinced them to authorize an engine replacement instead. It probably would have been easier for them to just say "not our problem" and let insurance remove the car from their lot. I really appreciate the care Rich and the team showed. I had a fantastic experience with Derek. I brought my car in for repairs after a minor accident. Derek called me frequently with updates on the car. I got the sense that they cared about the quality of work, and handled conversations with insurance to get additional work approved. Very impressed with their customer service and work quality!

EDIT: Since getting my car back incomplete, the guys at Paul Brothers (Rich specifically) reached back out to get the issues resolved. They provided me with a rental car at no cost to me while they completed the repairs on my car. The rest of the repairs were done quickly and efficiently. Rich even went out of his way to re-sand and re-paint the entire bumper after a line of clear coat was originally left. While I was unhappy with the original service, the team put in a clear effort to resolve my issues in a timely manner and to my satisfaction. ORIGINAL: Really poor communication. My vehicle looked as good as new when I went to pick it up ! Derrick was very good at keeping me updated about the progress of the repairs on my car . He was easy to talk with & up front about each process . Would recommend him to anyone that needed their car fixed.

Came into Paul Brothers and Addaie immediately helped me out. The insurance company of the at fault driver was attempting to give us both the run around and Addaie made sure that they took care of everything. I left them with a cracked bumper (in photos) including backup camera malfunction, and damage to the overall locking and lid of the trunk. I was setup with a rental car that day and left out of there. When I got my car back she looked beautiful (also pictured) The body work they did was incredible and the personable service is something that will have me coming back when needed but also recommending to others.
