I wanted to say that I had a very pleasant experience while bringing by car in for inspection. It was my first time at Paul Campanella's and everyone was very nice and helpful. While I was waiting for my car to be done, employees checked in a few times while walking around to see if I needed anything. When my inspection was done, Ro sat down with me and walked me through everything that was found during inspection and what needed to be done asap and what was less of a priority and how much everything cost. Since it was my first time there, it was nice to walked through everything. I will definitely be bringing my car back. The only negative thing I have to say is that I wish they were open on Saturdays.

As someone who has worked on my own cars my whole life, I appreciate how everything made sense when they explained what my car needed. Needed an inspection and they were very honest about my car's needs. They took good pictures of every area of my car, gave me recommendations based on what they found, and made it clear what was needed vs what they recommended. The parts needed arrived quickly. I didn't even need to come by in person while they were open with their convenient early drop off & after hours pickup, another huge plus to me as an introverted shy person. I will definitely be using their services again

I cannot speak highly enough about the excellent customer service I received from Paul Campanella's in Swarthmore. I had an issue with one of the windows in my suv while visiting my family in the area. In addition to repairing the window, they completed a comprehensive assessment of my vehicle and provided a detailed list of recommended maintenance that admittedly I allowed to lapse over the past year due to the steep estimate from the dealership. The staff was absolutely fantastic. They explained each recommendation thoroughly and allowed me to make an informed decision without pressure. Customer service was unmatched. They provide free shuttle service, a thorough online report of the vehicle including prices of all the possible/recommended services, and they were very fast at their job. However, as it was my first time there, they upselled me a lot; they suggested $1500 worth of work to be done. Yet all I really needed was $50 worth of work, an oil change... which they charge $140 for.

Needed a tire repair ASAP. I literally googled tire shops near me. Paul’s Campanella's came up and I called. They took me in ASAP. I sat waiting for the repair, not even 20 minutes. Friendly, great work, great prices. I will be going there again. Highly recommended!
