Karina at State Farm, Paula Miller's office, has been so helpful to our family. She always contacts us to let us know if a policy change is needed or premiums will be affected, and how we can best configure our policies to meet our needs. She helped us transfer my son's auto insurance policy to Oregon, when the Oregon agent was not familiar with the process. We really appreciate her always providing excellent customer service.
