I went with my mom to purchase a car from this place. Everyone we worked with was very nice and professional. Driving and buying the car was very easy. There was a small issue my mom asked about and it was looked into and fixed the same day. Since then the car has been exactly as expected. Unfortunately they seem to get bad reviews only because of cars being sold after someone has shown interest. This is a small dealership and they are very honest about first come first serve because of that. I don’t blame them and would absolutely purchase from them again. If you see a car you like, better get there fast.

Very professional, hands on and patient. We went to get the car assessed which extended the buying process for a few days but the owner of the shop was very patient and kind. The vehicle was confirmed to be in great condition according to two auto body shops that checked it out. I do recommend people to purchase from here to get fair service & pricing!

The staff is very nice and everyone was so professional. There was a problem that neither of us could foresee but the owner Nansley handled everything with expertise. I will highly recommend this business if you are looking for a nice clean used vehicle. If ever my husband and l are in the market for another vehicle we will more certainly come to Paulding Auto Brokers.

I purchased a 2015 Ford Expedition from this place. Nansley had informed me before purchase the vehicle was in excellent condition. I even had the vehicle inspected and found it needed new catalytic converters. Nansley stated he would replace them upon purchase, so I agreed. Once the catalytic converters were replaced per Ansley, I picked the vehicle up. The very next day the engine light came back on. It was the catalytic converters again confirmed by an emissions reading. That evening, the engine blew up, and I had to pay to have the vehicle towed back to the dealer (Paulding Auto Brokers, LLC). Nansley informed me he would get this checked out and see what he can do to fix this issue. After diag, it was determined the engine was blown, and the vehicle needed a new engine. Nansley refuse

Man. We spent 8k on a vehicle seemed like a great deal. Not even a month after getting it the service 4 wheel drive comes on. Been cutting off while driving. And stutters really bad. Really sucks. Recommend doing a carfax search and whatever else you can try finding out ab the car before purchasing.
