Do not recommend very disrespectful manager. Blamed all the problems he didn’t fix on the lady at the desk that is no longer employed. Since they repaired our car we find new problems that wasn’t there before they made repairs. Will not fix anything without going back to the insurance company for more money. We took it back multiple times. We took it back this last time because the rear window seal had fell out and the hatch was leaking allowing dust to come in. He fixed it but in the process popped the window warmers off and says we did that you can see in the pictures the warmers are connected prior to the seal being fixed. The hatch holds water when it rains. The button to raise the hatch don’t work. They refused to fix the seats. The manager was also extremely rude to his employees. Do

The hood was bent back instead of replaced, it no longer aligns with my headlights and barely latches properly. The driver side badging on the fender was from an incorrect trim level, the interior side of the driver door was scratched and dented from removal. The radiator support was bent back instead of replaced and is now structurally weakened. The headlight and trim between the front bumper and hood are both missing several fasteners.

Unreasonably slow, they had our car for almost a month and it was still drivable. I have never had a car stay in the body shop this long when it was still a driveable vehicle. They apparently received the wrong parts and hadn't verified they were correct upon receipt, and weren't even transparent that this was the hold up until it was time to pick the car up. They were reasonably communicative the whole time, but we were given serveral "it'll be ready by dates" that they kept having to move out. Thankfully we weren't renting a car and stuck paying for an additional week just cuz nobody checked the parts when they arrived, but it was still stressful. The collision center took my car in as soon as they could, fixed it in a timely manner, was updated twice a week, and looks really good!!!

I had body work done on my car here and I have never had worse service. It just had minor damage and it took over a month. We had estimated time after estimated time and then got there and the car I took home was not the same as I brought. When getting my car it would not start. They jumped it and told me they had this issue and gave an excuse of the cap cracked. A crack that has been there for years so I know it was not that. Thankfully only live 1.5 miles away because when we did get home my car started smoking and the oil light went on. My car had ZERO oil. They drained it.
