Paulee Body Shop Division-Kenduco

I took my car (2021 Subaru Crosstrek) to Paulee Body Shop after clipping the side mirror off of my car. The man who helped me ( I believe his name was Gustavo) was very friendly and accommodating. He checked my vehicle out and upon inspection informed me that I was able to make an additional claim for damage done to my car previously. My car was vandalized, with a huge key mark stretching across both door panels on the drivers side a while back. I had no idea I was able to file this kind of claim and was very grateful that he informed me of this. I filed both claims with my insurance and Paulee Body Shop was able to do both repairs at once. After my accident, I was extremely overwhelmed and honestly pretty shaken up. From the moment I brought my car to Gus, he made the entire experience so much easier. He was incredibly patient, took the time to explain everything to me (more than once!), and never made me feel rushed or silly for asking questions. He gave me a great deal and was completely transparent about the process, timelines, and costs. Great work. Reasonable prices. Professional staff. Took this car from a totaled beater to showroom quality repair / part replacement, as well as bodywork and paint. Gus worked with me start to finish, and the ladies up front were great. The guys in the back did a great job, nothing stolen, everything cleaner than I left it. The price for each aspect of the job was what I’d already thought in my mind was reasonable, without being an expert. This place works on way nicer cars than mine but they did right by me. These guys are awesome. I first became aware of them when my friend got took his very expensive Mercedes here for some complex repairs and I was impressed by the excellent service and professionalism. So when my dumb self smashed the side mirror of my BMW, of course I came straight to Paulee for help, and they definitely worked their magic. They are different from other body shops in that everyone is very friendly and welcoming and makes you feel like they are glad you are there. They take time to explain everything and talk things through with you, so even when a quote is expensive you understand why and don't have to worry about being overcharged. I had an absolutely amazing experience with Paulee body shop thanks to Carlos Frausto and Horace Grant. The communication was excellent — the managers kept me updated throughout the entire roof repair process. When the work extended beyond the originally discussed timeframe, they provided me with a free rental car, which I truly appreciated. The repairs were completed perfectly and the quality of the work exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this body shop!
