Paul's Auto Wash

I was at Troy Paul’s Auto Wash on one of the coldest days of the year, negative degree temperatures, and Bri and Gary were working like absolute pros. The service was exceptional. They took their time with the pre-wash, carefully removing ice and buildup instead of rushing through it. What stood out most was their demeanor. Smiling, welcoming, and genuinely happy to help, even in brutal weather. You could tell they cared. I never felt rushed, just well taken care of. I’ve been coming here for years, and it’s a real joy to be served by people like Bri and Gary, especially on the toughest winter days. Their dedication to customer service is excellent, and it shows. Highly recommended!!

This place is always closed and that means the 14 mile location is too busy. Google says this is open but just drove my to use it and look at that it’s closed. I’m canceling my monthly car wash plan. Try Jax the wash is better.

The car wash was fine. I am distraught that the car wash technicians are working hard, doing a great job and the are absolutely not allowed to except gratuity or tips!! I will never come back again… Unless that rule changes.

Went to get a car wash in freezing weather and Wayne and Tyler came to the rescue! They both took time and care to ensure all of the ice was off of our car before sending us through the wash. This is definitely the best car wash in the area, amazing service, cleaning, as well as a nice self service vacuum area.

Paul’s is awesome! I returned from a 2000mile week long vacation road trip. I took my car to Paul’s, with the exception that it would be 3 or 4 washes before all the bugs were washed off. They took extra time to spray and scrub my car before starting down the wash line. At the end my car was bug free and shining like new. I was amazed how well it turned out.
