Excellent service. I'm 22 yo from Quebec and was travelling down to florida alone and my jeep got an alternator and a PCM problem. The manager Cody was really nice and helpfull. We worked together to find a solution to get my jeep back on the road and he never let me down. It was'nt an easy one to fix quickly because of the holidays but after 3 weeks, we made it. Thank you for your services.

I went here back in oct of 25 for an alignment on my truck. They told me it needed 2 new tie rods and even after installing them they still didn't even perform the alignment correctly or install the tie rods correctly. They did not install the cotter pins that are needed with tie rods on this truck. I do not recommend taking anything to them

Paul's was very patient through my entire difficult process. They were knowledgeable and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. They are an amazing shop! What I liked most about them is they don't talk down to you like they know more or take advantage of you. You can tell their honest and genuinely want to fix the problem and nothing more.

My hubcap front passenger side was not put back on correctly it was bent when I was driving down I-26 it came off. I sent a picture of it when you pay $527.00 for tires and sent your car in there You expect to get your car back in the same condition. I am glad I didn't get the brake service I was about to bring the car back for that service but I text them and sent a picture of my car with the missing hubcap no one ever called or text back. My tires experience was good but hubcaps being damaged was the issue.

Pauls Car Care were so amazingly helpful..I was driving at night to Florida and something caught my front end..I was so nervous it would be a huge repair and lay over..the tow truck driver recommended Pauls..i arrived theyntook my car right away..they showed me how a non important shield had pulled off and it wasnt necessary. The mechanic showed me everything he was talking about he removed the hanging unneccesary part and sent menon my way..The owner was so kind he did not even charge me..how gracious..thank you so much!
