Wow this place is a joke!!! We brought our 2024 F 350 to have air bags installed. My husband told them we have a fifth wheel camper and a truck bed camper that we haul. Paul said no problem and ordered the airbags. We paid over $1,100.00 just for the parts. Half way through the installation the mechanic called and said the airbags won’t fit with the fifth wheel so they took it out!!!! They then said he had to cut the bed liner to make them fit!! He also said they do not put it back in so we would need to find someone who would. Paul told us it just needed an adapter to make the airbags work with the fifth wheel hitch. We then paid another $600 to him for the labor and took the truck to have the fifth wheel hitch reattached to the truck. When we got there the man was dumbfounded!!! “WHAT DI

Communication was clear and timely, the work was done right, and the attention to detail was obvious. I’ve brought 2 of my cars to Paul’s over the past year or so. Each time, I was given all the information I needed to make an informed decision about getting them fixed. They’ve been transparent about pricing and taken the time to explain the issues I’m having in great detail. They’ve put me at ease so I can trust that I’m being treated fairly and actually fixing the issues my vehicles have had. I highly recommend this shop to anyone in the area, they’re earned the great reputation that they have!

2/26/2026 I made a Facebook post concerned that my brakes were bad due to hearing a squeak when I reverse. Paul reached out quickly and was able to get me an appointment asap. He even adjusted my appointment when I reached out asking if I could come in immediately on only 20 minutes notice. When we got there CJ took care of us right away. Cj looked it over and told us the brakes were at 95% and explained the brake type, and why I would hear squeaking now and again when I reversed and how to resolve that. They were very honest and not after any money as the entire ordeal cost nothing for us. The man (service manger?) sorry I didn’t catch his name, was also great. Very friendly. Will be scheduling our oil change and cabin filter change with them. As parents of 4 young kids who are strapped
