Had pauls move 2 very big very heavy tool boxes for me because I was moving shops. They made the process very easy and stress free. Very good service the driver worked hard and fast but made sure all my tools were moved safely. I will be using them for all my towing needs from now on. Highly recommend

Super-Excellent Service from Aaron, (Shop Manager), who followed up on being considerate, and calling me to give me the quote price, before proceeding anything! Knowledgable and friendly Mechanics that repaired my car so it's now running like a CHAMP! Price was amazingly fair! The best aspect for me, was that it was done by the end of my work day! Highly recommend!

They will miss count your cash and refuse to give the gas you paid for or your money back scummy place.

Terrible service. Employees are not friendly to white customers. Gave us run around about getting a car inspection stating the inspector wasn't there. When I got into my car, I noticed a local man who was behind me at the DMV pull up and wallah, the inspector suddenly appeared and began his car inspection. Taking photos, etc. It was blatantly obvious. I had an uneasy feeling the whole time I was talking to the guys in the office as they were looking at each other and smirking when rejecting my business. If you're white, stay clear of Paul's. I had heard of such things on the islands but this is the first time it was blatantly obvious in the six years we have lived here. No Aloha here at Paul's! In our experience this is best place to go in Pahoa for vehicle repairs / diagnostics - we called on a Monday and Aaron got us in for an appointment the next day 8.30am to fix a drifting steering wheel and potential wheel rebalancing. The diagnosis was done within 5 minutes of our arrival and corrected within 1 hour. We'd been for a free check at a famous, national company (also in Pahoa) 10 days prior and it turned out that their decision to overinflate the tires had actually caused a bulge in our front left tire which was not only causing the vibration and drifting but was also about to blow any second (SCARY).
