Came here to replace a side mirror in October 2025. Dealt entirely with Charles. Places like PepBoys wanted to rip me off. This place had very fair prices, honest workers. Charles will be 100% transparent with you. I highly recommend doing business with them. They WILL NOT rip you off or waste your time 👍

I went to Paul’s Service because I needed and oil change and headlight bulb replacement. I originally drove by this place because it looked busy with all the cars on the lifts. Also, it was around the corner and read it is five star is from other Googlers. I walked in and asked the guy sitting down if I can wait for an oil change. He said sure. I finally left feeling like I understood my car better than ever before. I saw the mistakes of former mechanics and wasn’t too happy. At Paul’s Service I feel like all is taken care of for a reasonable price. There are several things past the oil change that he took care of and he earned my business.

Came in asking this guy for a broken hose that occurred in my truck..immediately he responded he can't. Without considering any alternative. He knows I'm on foot so told me to go a few miles down the road. This guy is a piece of work.

I've been going to Charlie for the past 3 years and he has always been clear and helpful. His prices are fair and you leave his place with a car that runs smooth. Zero complaints.

My check engine light came on a couple weeks prior to a cross country move which was unsettling to say the least! Charles looked up the code and determined it was an easy and quick fix (I don’t even think he charged me for it). He then changed the oil and all the filters, checked tires, brakes, a/c, ensuring that it was good to make the journey. The prices were extremely reasonable for the work done but the friendliness and honesty of this man is why I highly recommend this business. It’s so easy for repair people to oversell, overcharge or try to get you to pay more for stuff that isn’t needed. Charles didn’t do that at all. An overall great guy.
