Rented uhaul from, definitely needs to be trained better with uhaul rules and regulations and not charge unnecessary charges and be dishonest. Highly dont recommend unless they can get better training wit uhaul. Will look else where if I need uhaul services. Always be honest.

I purchased a set of Mastercraft tires per Pauls recommendation. Tires worn bald in 10,000 miles. Took them back and complained. Paul said no one else has ever complained. What kind of lousy customer service is that. So I verified alignment was good and went to Big O in Madison. Those tires lasted over 80,000 miles. Do not trust this place. Not sure how they have conned so many positive reviews. Beware.

The Owner can be an atrociously and highly unpleasant person to talk to at times. I came in to inquire of a u-haul, but he (paul) the owner had a serious attitude for no reason. and also second hand experienced him chewing out another paying customer over cost issues for a car repair. Avoid this place if all possible. There’s always better..

Paul is a great guy. There always helpful. If its during there open hours and you have a tire problem they will get you going

They were so helpful and got us back on the road quickly. Very happy with the service.
