I don’t understand why people are complaining about the customer service. The woman who attended me over the phone was respectful and polite. The tow truck came to pick up my car within minutes. I was stuck in the highway during a nasty snowstorm. The tow truck driver was real nice and funny. Go birds 🦅

We called for help with a tricky tire change situation. Britt called and let us know her ETA, and got there plenty before her ETA. She hopped out of that truck and took care of us in a flash! She was professional, quick, precise and I would want her to come to my rescue again should I ever need help in the future! Thank you Britt!! We were from out of town, but back every weekend. Will keep your # handy, and recommend highly!!!!

AAA sent them to help me with a flat tire. Britney called me and said she would be there in less than 20 minutes and she was. She got the tire off, got the donut on within minutes. Since her garage was closed for the day, she called another place for me to get my tire repaired. She was a life saver! Thank you so much for the outstanding service and going above and beyond for me!

Through my AAA membership, they sent out Jake and he was able to start my car. The best people! Heard from neighbors also, that this is a great place. This senior lady can't say enough good things about the fast and great service. Thanks!!

Who ever the woman that run this towing company is very fast talking. Disrespectful doesn't know how talk to people had me waiting for two hours because tow tuck was getting new tires on. I paid for my car to be picked up up front. She tell me about the truck not being available until after I paid them. I wouldn't call Paul towing if they were last company to call
