Great experience working with this shop on a recent claim. Everything was handled quickly, communication was clear, and the process went smoothly from start to finish. Always good to support small businesses that care about doing the job right and stay consistent with follow-through. Really appreciated the service.

We have used Paynes for years. I will never go back. They were quick, but they have considerably less business than a few years ago. Jason did not communicate well,causing more stress.

I have been taking all my vehicles to Payne’s for the last few years and they’ve always been great. I just had my truck in and there was a hiccup in communication and service which Jason quickly and graciously resolved. I will continue my patronage here!

They do good work. I've had my radiator fixed, transmission replaced, AC fixed... twice. But I have beef with them because they cheaped out on parts and repaired a broken heater hose connector with a cheap piece of plastic that broke again after only a year. Getting stranded again for $40 saved on a $600 bill definitely not worth. Bought the metal one myself so I'm not left stranded again.

These guys are awesome. Gentleman in the front (service advisor?) knows how to take care of customers and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. I trust this shop.
