I brought my VinFast here for service and the technician who helped me when I dropped it off was great, super nice and professional. The person who handed the car back was also really kind. But everything in between was honestly really frustrating. I got a text saying my car was ready and that the shop was open Mon–Fri, 8–5. My husband took an Uber on Monday morning to pick it up, only to find the shop completely closed. He waited over an hour, along with other customers, and no one answered the phone, so he ended up spending $140 just to get there and come back empty handed. Nowhere, not the text, the website, or Google, mentioned anything about holiday hours. Great place to have your car repaired. I recently had someone get into a collision in my car and they were able to get the repairs done and help me with the process as it was my first insurance claim. They were quick with updates and responses. My car looks great and it was returned back washed and detailed.

Liz and the whole team are so great, kept me updated with what was going, and worked promptly on the car, and got it back to me. Even went above and beyond and fought insurance. Got the car back looking like it was fresh out the dealer. Overall, highly recommend and super grateful for Pazi.
