I am excited to tell everyone how happy I am that I chose P&B Automotive to have a Timing belt and Water pump put my on my car with Brett Wood! I experienced a person who takes pride and effort to treat people with respect and deliver excellence! Brett Wood, Owner of P&B took time to talk with me on the phone and again yesterday to keep me informed on everything I needed to know. Brett takes pride in doing his best for his Customers. I could tell by looking around the waiting room with various hot and cold drinks for Customers and the way he keeps his Shop! Pros: best pricing for replacement of a window regulator; quick accommodation Cons: None, really.....except that the business is hard to see, unless you know where it is--no Marquee except for the name of the business on the building, itself; customers can easily go past it; parking is tricky. Best price for replacement of Window Regulator on a Jeep--and yes, the entire panel had to come off--due to Jeep's ridiculous design. The shop was able to accommodate us into their busy schedule and the work was completed before the anticipated call-back time. I called 5 places, in total, and the that pricing these other repair shops charge, should be classified as extortion, in my opinion. I wanted to wait at least a week to review this shop to give my car time to adjust to ensure an honest review. Long story medium I’d like to shout out P&b automotive llc. After months of being taken advantage of from mobile mechanics taking parts out of my jeep, rigging other parts, charging an unfair amount and then failing to take responsibility for their actions. I was quoted $500-3k in TOTAL repairs including a tow from far North Tucson clear across to EAST Tucson. My total do everything at pick up was $350. They didn’t try replacing things it didn’t needed. They were carful in repairs in such a way that other parts didn’t start malfunctioning from the age difference between, ensuring there to be no further damage to be caused. I went to this shop with a check engine light problem after seeing their reviews on Yelp. I cannot say enough good things about this shop. The owner / manager stuck with me through a troublesome issue involving a bad part and a couple of trips to the shop. It was all done under warranty and with a smile. I will definitely return to this shop for all of my future car needs. I think the bill was fair and I feel like the owner / operator was open and honest with me the whole time. Other Tucson automotive businesses could learn a great deal from this shop!
