I had an absolutely terrible experience buying a van from this dealer. I bought it for work, drove it less than 5 minutes down the road, and it completely broke down. No warning, no slow issues it just died. I brought it straight back and was told their “guy” could maybe look at it after Monday or whenever he had time, which is insane considering I literally just bought it and rely on it for my job. I couldn’t wait around, so I brought it to my own mechanic. He told me the van needs a full engine replacement. When I went back to the dealer with that information, they basically shrugged it off. Bought my replacement 2017 Chevy Malibu Hybrid from PB Auto Village this week! My previous car was exactly the same (unfortunately it was totalled) and the only difference was this car is a Hybrid. Brian worked with me to get the car ready to drive. He cleaned it very good and also was able to put me in a vehicle while my vehicle was being prepared for me. I can't say enough about the excellent service that I was provided by Brian and his team. I will be going back for all of my routine service and he stands behind all of his cars. Thank You so much for everything Brian and all of your employees. I am very happy with my Malibu!
