PCC Motor

Ordered replacement new gas tank for my bike. Order arrived in about 7 days +/-, but upon receipt, found a huge dent in it. Outer box didn't appear beat up or damaged badly, but it's thin metal I get that, and the tank had one layer of bubble wrapping around it inside the box when I opened it. Took pics and emailed PCC within minutes of having taken it off the FedEx guy. Called them 2 business days later as hadn't heard from them by email reply. Phone number says that it's not in service / doesn't exist. Have emailed again with a request for some form of assistance / offer to resolve this as I'd bought a new tank, not a new-damaged tank. (I'll live with a few pain flat spots / surface scratches, as I appreciate it's not an OEM part etc that costs 3 times the price, but still, you're paying

Ordered from you for the last time. You recieved my order on Thursday, and it sat with a shipping label until the following Wednesday before it moved. When I called, and spoke with a manager, the manager insisted it was shipped as soon as possible, with no other remedy for my inconvenience aside from lip service. No coupon, no offer for free shipping on next order, etc. I have spent over $100 in the last month with PCC via their website, but they won't get another cent. Plenty of other retailers who can ship same day, and actually care about their customers. Keep looking, avoid these folks.

Worst customer service ever. They gave me damaged parts (had scratches, which I didn't realize was going to be an issue) and said I could return if it didn't fit. They lied and tried to blame me for the damage and almost didn't give me a refund. They also round up to the nearest dollar or more so they will overcharge you for all parts (eg 10.05 will be charged as $11). Most people don't catch it unless they check the receipt. Don't come here and definitely don't buy from them online. They're more about making the few dollars than pleasing the customer. They still short changed me on my return amount by over $3. Buy off eBay, at least you are protected that way

I tried to pick up plastics for my quad, they said not at this time, shipping only. I ask if they could at least ship it by today and they said latest was tomorrow. I ask about how expensive the shipping was because I live 20 minis away and they said they can do anything. The customer service is horrible, they obviously do not care if you order from them or not and are not willing to help you get your order in a timely matter. I wouldn't want this headache.

I have had great luck with these folks so far. Have ordered an engine, exhaust, and one or two other parts through eBay. I am hoping that the other reviews were before a management change. The parts i buy are fairly hard to find and considerably more expensive (when I can find them) in other places. These folks seem to send correct items that work and ship right out.
