Always a pleasure doing business with PCI. Customer service is top notch. The rear upper control arm I had was seized up, from sitting for over 5 years so I decided to do a refresh. When calling PCI to explain the issue, after trying to change out to the new bearings, I was sent a new part no hesitation with 2day shipping to get my track/daily driver civic ready to get back on the road again. I had just recently bought their Spherical Trailing Arm kit. I didn’t install it properly and needed new bushings, i called and talked to Brian at technical support. He had me send it via UPS and he replaced the bushings for me. Long story short, Pro Car Innovations has one of the IF not the best costumer service i had ever experienced. Therefore i had made the decision to go full PCI on my 95 Integra GSR!!
