Pearl Mont Car Wash

Went here to wash my parents car over the storm week of 2/06. Don't like using automated car washes and this had self serve bays. I would've washed it by hand at home but due to the freezing weather I was unable to. Came here in the morning slight line to wait but once in the bay it turned to disaster. I can give leeway to certain things due to the weather but at the bare minimum the soap brush should've been cleared of ice and able to be used. The Foam handle should've also been unfrozen as well. So right off the bat if you didn't bring your own wash mitt you just put in the minimum $3 to start and could only use the water. Place is trash. To begin with website says 24/7 self cleaning bays; that is a lie. The bays are closed when the car wash is closed. Even if they are open the experience is garbage. The spray machines are junk and you will waste your money. Expect 3$ to turn into 12-15$ real quick if you want to clean anything good. Unfortunately, there is not another car wash with self cleaning bays anywhere around so I’m forced to use this crap crappy place

Save yourself the time, money and aggravation. Do not come here. Not only are you going to be greeted with rude staff, but when you address a concern it gets ignored. I went to the front desk to pay for my overpriced car wash and to complain about my service the man dismisses my complaint and simply sat there looking at his computer. I have came to this car wash for years, just for them to lose a loyal customer. I will not be returning to this place. If they have any respect for customers that keep this business running they should invest heavily into the upkeep and professional appearance and mannerisms into their employees.

I recently visited the self-service car wash next to Pearl Mont Car Wash, expecting a reliable experience, but I was pretty disappointed. While the water pressure was good and the soap quality was decent, the biggest issue was with the towel and vending machines—they took my money but didn’t dispense anything, and there was no way to get a refund. It’s frustrating to pay for a product or service and get nothing in return. If they aren’t going to keep these machines functional, they should at least put up a sign or turn them off to avoid scamming customers. Overall, if you’re just looking for a quick rinse, it does the job, but I wouldn’t recommend using the vending machines. Hope they fix these issues soon!

Disappointing experience, ended up with new scratches on my car. I noticed dirty sponges literally left lying on the ground and asked the manager about them. He said they’re only used for wheels and tires, they exactly what they did. They picked up the sponges off the ground and cleaned off my rims and wheels. Anyone that cares about their car knows this is a major red line that you don’t do this. Then the “soft cloth” brushes aggressively scrubbed the body after the soap spray. Came out with three noticeable 1-2 inch scratches on the side of my vehicle. Not worth the risk to your paint. I’ll be sticking to touchless washes from now on.
