We recently completed our 4th purchase from the Pecheles Automotive Group (Audi/VW) in Greenville, NC. Each transaction has been remarkably easy with no pressure and no hassles! On Friday afternoon, January 30, 2026, the day before Greenville’s historic 14” snowstorm, we found the exact pre-owned vehicle we’d been seeking. The car had been received as part of a trade that only concluded the previous evening, and had neither been cleaned nor had a service inspection. Our personable and capable Sales Consultant Seth Shelton was ‘on the ball’ however, and with concurrence from Audi Sales Manager Bill Anderson, promised to make sure all was accomplished and to personally deliver the car to our home the following week. I leased a used vehicle from Pecheles 7 months ago but unfortunately I didn't have a credit score so my monthly payment was very high. I was assured by the lead finance advisor that if I make my payments on time for at least 6 months I could return and refinance the vehicle for a lower monthly payment once I had a credit score. So I did my part and once I returned to refinance the vehicle was told the loan was worth more than the vehicle. NO SHIT! The original loan was more then the vehicle was worth. I will never use Pecheles again

I had the easiest time purchasing my Toyota camry from here! The staff was knowledgeable, understanding, well accommodating and thoroughly explained everything. The transparency and patience when explaining things made it as stress free as it could be. I wish I could remember all three of their names but I do know John and Adel ! I will definitely be bringing family and friends to this location when they need cars. I left with the payment I wanted , the car i wanted without buyers remorse. Thank you 🖤🌿

I was at Dealership a few days ago. I bought a New Car in 2021. I very sudden drive the car. I have an old car I like to drive to just knock around in. Now this what gets me ,times when the screw driver shows up on my car. I take it to dealership and they will say I do not have enough miles for an oil change . Take I have free coupons. I was there a couple days ago for an oil change they said same thing. The screw driver keep showing like I need service . Went back and mentioned that . Now they saying my coupons are no good. I am trying to understand if they were my coupons how can 6 coupons be no more good. I am just trying to understand?????????So if I need no oil change why the little screw driver keeps showing up. So now I guess I will have to pay for the oil to be changed.???????
