I recently had a lift installed on my truck at this shop, and I couldn't be happier with the service. The customer service was amazing and everything was very reasonably priced – Casen, the owner, really stood out. He was incredibly informative, patiently answering all my questions and making sure I understood everything. Plus, he was just a genuinely kind person to deal with! Casen has really helpful when it came to my vehicle! I needed my rear rotors and brakes done and was able to get it done fast and for a reasonable price. Very easy to talk to! Definitely recommend him, for whatever needs you have!

Pedal Down is top notch shop! The mechanic went above and beyond, even while recovering from an injury, to make sure my truck was safe and secure. He fixed my brake assembly because of a missing bolt which he replaced. He secured the repaired side and went as far as removing the drivers side to make sure its bolts were secure as well. He is very Honest, skilled, and genuinely caring—he “saved the day” for me. Highly recommend!
