We had a car breakdown on the side of the highway. We contacted Peffley and Hinshaw. They were very nice and professional. They asked questions to locate the car and the tow truck driver called my cell to verify the location again. They were the best, most polite tow service we talked with that day. They came within a reasonable amount of time, took great care of car, sent picture of the delivery to service station and were so helpful. We recommend Peffley and Hinshaw.

Very unprofessional and instead of properly coming and knocking on my door, asking me to move my vehicle so they could properly show a car. They decided that they were gonna go next to my vehicle and almost hit it just to get you a car and then when I call to report it, I pretty much get laughed at so here’s my proof and the tow truck driver yelled at me for taking pictures of my proof.

The gentleman we spoke to were so kind, they made a miracle exception for us and were so understanding. They got our truck out so kindly and everything was just how we left it! Thank you both for your kindness! God bless you!!

I appreciate how nice and friendly they are, price was great. Big shout out to Cody the driver. Funny dude who made the drive back alot of fun with alot of laughs. This is the third time I had to use them and will continue calling them in the future. Keep up the good work guys.
