Company blocks people in and causes them to be late for work. Then sends you harassing texts and calls you and cusses you out. Wonderful people

Excellent Customer service over the phone to set up the pick up of my car. Estimated time to pick up was 45 minutes to an hour, but my car was picked up in 20 minutes! Also, Scott was amazing, fast and extremely efficient, not a single wasted moment. I can't recommend these guys enough!

03/31/2015 Pegasus was contacted through my insurance company for road side services. Pegasus showed up in a very timely fashion but that is about all that was done right. The man who towed my vehicle towed it with the back tires on the ground. My vehicle, being four wheel drive is not meant to be towed that way, and working for a tow company, he should have known that. While being towed the back brakes of my vehicle locked up and the tires started smoking. There was damage caused to the coupler and the tires, as well as the alignment. After getting my vehicle fixed of the original reason they were contacted (starter went out), I noticed problems and sounds that weren't there before the botched tow. I contacted the owner, Randy, and he was very unprofessional. Basically calling me a liar,

I wish I could leave less of a star ratting. My auto insurance contacted this company to tow my truck. After sitting with my truck for over 2 hours I finally found a ride home and left my truck. The company called me 2 different times to tell me that the first time they were 20 minutes out. Then 2 hours later they call to tell me they were 30 minutes out. Each call was from a different person. Instead of taking my tow, they bumped me to go take care accident calls. Leaving me waiting longer. Now hours later I call my auto insurance to cancel and get a different company sent out. Now Pegasus says they are 15 minutes out and guarantee they won't cancel. It's 1:53am in the morning. I've been waiting on them since 9:30pm. I need my truck towed home so I can work on it in hopes of getting my da

My insurance dispatched Pegasus when I got in an accident. Terrible experience. Took almost 3hrs to arrive and the guy was a total douche. Seemed a bit drunk and didnt show any care in getting my car on the truck. Everything was slammed and slammed again. Pretty sure my car was damaged more in the process of being put on the truck than it was before they got there. I would never trust my car with these people again. Don't waste your time even if your insurance is paying unless you want your car to end up worse than it was before.
