This was a complete rip-off. We paid $52 for a so-called “full car wash,” and the car was left dirty, with stains and residue everywhere (the photos speak for themselves). They didn’t even wipe the dashboard, doors, or any interior surfaces at all—according to them, that was “not included.” It’s not that it was done poorly; they simply did not do it. We had to ask them for a cloth and clean the interior ourselves because we needed the car clean for the next day at 5 a.m. To make it worse, they told us to come back the next day for them to do it because the staff was leaving and they couldn’t help us anymore. I just got my car washed there not 30 minutes ago. It was not fully dried as you can see and there’s still stains on the car. It cost $22.75 for an exterior wash and this is what my car looks like at the end. Awful job super disappointed.

Don waste your money here. Im not a big complainer but if Im leaving this review, then its serious. They did a very mediocre job. I clean my car better. My husband pushed me to go to the car wash to get the salt off the car, I said I might as well have them do everything. I paid for a super wash. I can still see little stains from the product they used to spray the seats, when I got in the car, water was all over the back seat, I had to call one of the guys to dry it. The glove compartment and dashboard had stains there, vacuuming was done poorly. I’ll just save my money next time and do it myself. I had to get my cleaning cloths and go over what they did.

This car wash was wonderful years ago. The prices are outrageous for the quality and level of service. Center console doesn’t get cleaned, they return mats still wet, don’t dry the car’s doors and the trunk. I shouldn’t have to ask the workers to come back and actually detail the car.

I normally don’t leave negative reviews, but my experience here was unacceptable. I brought my car in for a simple oil change, and immediately after leaving the shop, my car developed a loud vibrating or lawnmower-type noise from underneath. My car was completely quiet before the service. When I returned to explain the issue, the manager instantly dismissed me and insisted it was “impossible” for anything to have been bumped or loosened during the oil change, even though the area that ended up damaged is directly next to where they lifted the car and removed the undertray. Instead of listening or helping, he argued with me and made me feel like I was imagining things.
