Pelican Car Wash & Detailing Facility

When I say "terrible", I really mean "absolutely horrible". Do yourself a favor and do NOT come here. I have come here on and off for about 3 years and I'm not sure why since every car wash except for the very 1st has been awful. Unfortunately, it's taken me awhile to learn my lesson but I finally have. I got a car detail here and a hand car wash and to no surprise, the car was still dirty. But the real kicker, there was a giant crack in my windshield. In all honesty, there was already a crack BUT it was tiny. I mean it was entirely cosmetic but after? It was huge. The crack went vertical about 2/3 of the windshield height and another crack running horizontally, just about the entire length of the windshield. This car wash is amazing! It even has a coffee shop and boutique inside. There are cozy couches and comfortable chairs while you wait, and it’s way cuter than any car wash I’ve ever been to. The staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and informative. Highly recommend!

My experience at Pelican Car Wash and the Daily Grind was amazing. Great prices on the car wash with multiple options to choose from to have your car or truck super clean. They also offer hand washes and memberships .I wouldn't go anywhere else. I travel the extra distance to come here. The guys bust there buts and are very through. They also offer a gift shop and great waiting areas. They also offer an amazing coffee shop that you should definitely check out. They blow Starbucks out of the water. Whether you're getting a car wash or wanting a great cup coffee please visit here you want be disappointed. They have a friendly ticket giver and great management.

Have been coming here the past few months and purchased the monthly plan. I have had an issue or two on a few occasions. Today it seemed as though all of the regular" A "team members were off. When I was told my car was ready, as I approached, I noticed the exterior trunk was still dirty, ( very visible dirt and dust) and no one vacuumed my empty trunk. The taller, thin gentleman I always see there, was kind enough to come ask me what was wrong and then proceeded to vacuum and wipe down the car again. I appreciated the way he handled it. I put my top down and pulled out. At the first traffic light, I realized the interior had not been wiped down at all! Decided to give this place a second chance and this is how they left my back seats! Threw the dirty shoes off floor of my car and onto the seats and didn’t bother to clean it off and left sand in my car. The first time they didn’t even clean the dashboard.
