Pelican Pointe Carwash - Hwy 1085

Paid 24 dollars for best wash and it wasn't even worth that, still have dirt and bugs on front end and hood of my truck, you do better doing it yourself at home

I don't typically leave reviews, but the staff at this place is above par. They went above and beyond to make my experience delightful. Zoe explained all of the awesome unlimited membership plans they offer and once I decided which was best for me, Michael, the GM, personally helped me figure out why my Debit Card wasn't working and got me signed up! This place is kept very clean and the vacuums and glass cleaner are a nice touch. Very excited to have this wash in Madisonville, so close to my house!

Like with most other Pelican Pointe car wash locations, the wash was good. I only had one week of dirt and grim build up but my truck looked new when it came out. There was a slight issue as I was in a work truck with a headache rack and light bar, but they allowed me to go through this one time, I just can't in the future. The staff was very polite and professional explaining this and although I can't run my work truck through, I'll still occasionally take my personal vehicles. Overall, this looks to be one of the better locations I've gone through.
