Pellegrino Chrysler Jeep

Pellegrino has been a pleasure to work with! I recently completed my second lease with Pellegrino, and the experience has been top notch. What made it even better is that I am out of State and the service was still impeccable. The delivery process was a breeze as well. Harris is an absolute gentleman, who uses warmth and class to make a typically stressful experience feel like you are interacting with a long time friend. I can't say enough positive about Harris and the Pellegrino experience. I will certainly continue my relationship with them and hope to get my wife a car from Pellegrino when her lease is up. I will recommend them to anyone looking for a Jeep!

I had my jeep, which I purchased at Pelligri, in for servicing. I was very pleased with the service they provided. The scheduler went out of her way to find a time that worked for my busy schedule and she was kind and courteous. I waited for the service to be completed, and it was done in a timely manner. The Service department was a truly disappointing experience. They had my Jeep for 7 weeks, I can count on one finger the amount of times I was called with an update. Never offered a loner, I had to call constantly to get updates and estimates. I was told multiple times I'd get a call back and never did. Finally when I insisted on the Jeep back, I got it back in worse condition than when I dropped it off. Paid thousands for nothing. Go somewhere else for service. That said I had a good experience with their sales department.

The sales team that we dealt with Patrick and Harris were helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and fun to dealt with. Negotiation is smooth and easy work with you on your goals and try to reach it as much as they could. Highly recommend this dealership A++++
