Pell's Tire Service, LLC

First time visiting and my tires were rolled in to Pell's "on fumes" and I went in to be greeted by whom I assume was the owner. He quoted me a price and I asked when can I get them done. His reply was "pull it in the shop now". Not only was he very fair, his crew was helpful, knowledgeable and very professional the whole time I waited. I asked a few questions about my car and they was very helpful in answering everything. I was so impressed I went and bought the whole crew lunch. Highly recommended. Everything about my experience there reminded me of how a real business used to be run in the past. Fair price, friendly interaction with the team and made to feel as if my business mattered. Well done! I will recommend your business and return there.

We've been struggling with a mysterious tire pressure issue; our Honda tells us the tire pressure is low, but not which tire. Honda dealer couldn't help. Pells has filled the tires (which we bought there), checked for leaks repeatedly, done all the things. We've talked to the manufacturer. Finally, Pells pulled all the tires and changed the valve stems, even though they didn't show leaks. Problem solved- never charged us for it. Their service is exemplary, their prices on tires are fair, we never have to wait long, even for emergencies. I can't say enough good about this business. 5+ stars, all the way!
