My experience with Peltier Ford was extremely frustrating, especially considering this all happened right after purchasing a $69,000 vehicle. First, I want to make it clear that my salesman was great. Even though he is new to the industry, he was attentive, professional, and the only one who genuinely tried to help when I couldn’t get answers. This review is not about him. The service department experience was very disappointing. The first time I brought my vehicle in, I waited almost 5 hours. No one updated me, and when I finally went to ask about it, they didn’t even know what I was talking about—a full day wasted.
