Peltier Nissan Service

Trust is everything when it comes to vehicle service, and unfortunately this dealership failed that test. My father recently visited for routine maintenance including a wheel rotation. To ensure the work was completed, he marked his tires beforehand. After pickup, despite being told the rotation was completed, the markings confirmed the tires had not been touched. He immediately showed the service manager, who apologized but offered no explanation. Customers should not have to verify whether paid services were actually performed. This experience has seriously damaged our confidence in this service department.

I had an oil change today with Peltier Nissan in Tyler and it was a great experience. They always do a very professional job and they’re waiting room is nice and clean and have snacks. Miguel helped me and did a great job.

Was very easy to schedule appointment for service got in the next day. Everyone was courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. My advisor Curtis was a great help and Juan fixed my electrical issue very quickly.

Hi, this is Mr. Buckles. I am responding to your request. Yes today I was at the Nissan dealer. Curtis took care of me. He came and let me know that on my inspection sheet, everything looked good. He also really calibrated the next time. I need to get my oil changed on my truck. I think Curtis is a hard-working gentleman for Nissan. Thank you.
