Tristan was amazing!! He did everything he could to make me comfortable and happy on my purchase, and didn’t try to talk me into something I didn’t want. He could see which car I really wanted and he made sure to get me in it. Actually everyone there was really great with making me comfortable and helping me make the right decisions. The best part is it wasn’t an all day event, like most dealerships. Peltier made it quick and painless. They actually care about you and make you feel like family. I will definitely spread the word, and purchase my next car through them. Thank you Tristan and everyone else at Peltier!

I cannot express enough how much people should NOT have business here. On the first occasion i came in for break pads and a read on my engine light. They then REPLACED the part (o2 sensor) without my knowledge or consent and charged me for it, not including the 8 hours i was waiting at the dealership. Now the most recent is my car needing a new clutch, ($3,700) and now out of no where they quote the transmission needs replaced ($18k) which is far from true. If you like your car and money please never go here.

I was greeted promptly when I arrived for the appointment I made online with them and they they had details of my requested services ready. Their waiting area was well stocked and there was free Wi-Fi and charging ports at all the seats. Finally they had me back out the door quickly and with a free car wash to boot.

Wonderful service with a smile! Peltier Subaru made scheduling easy & they completed the work quickly. I love the shared video system they use to show you what’s being done on your vehicle while you wait. And they have one of the most comfortable & inviting waiting rooms!
