Been there twice and both times the team was very easy to communicate with. They were flexible on drop off and pickup times as well as payment time. Repairs are quality and prices are fair. They are now my go-to shop for the family. I know a lot about cars and they don't mind talking shop or get upset if I help troubleshoot. I had to leave my last shop in town after 20 years as they were always expensive but the real problem was they got too big and the quality went downhill. My friends and neighbors said why aren't you going to Mike Gove's shop. Now I am!

When local friends (and loyal repeat customers) recommended Pembroke Automotive Services, I thought it would be well worth the week-long wait for our appointment. Dropped it off early with very clear communication about what was happening and what was needed to be looked at and fixed. The whole day went by without so much as a phone call before going home -- let alone, it turns out, any repairs at all. Turns out, despite clearly saying that the vehicle would need to be brought inside the shop to avoid the rain coming through the cracked sunroof, it was indeed left outside and plenty of rain came through during business hours and presumably after hours as well. Mike has always done superb work, and calls for approval if there's anything else he finds, or doesn't do extra work if it isn't needed, basically he won't screw you over. All at reasonable prices. Recommended!

The staff made the process very easy. Explaining to me to order the tires, make an appointment to put on after delivery. I did not have to wait a long time and aas very impressed with their work

I have been using the services of Pembroke Auto for many years now.Found them to be honest, never tried to sell me something that my car did not need. Always found time to accomadate my schedule. Never had to return my car to have work redone. Always done correctly every time . I highly recommend Pembroke Automatic services, Inc. Michael and crew are the BEST!
