Pena's hand wash and detailing

I saw this location had great reviews and had to check it out. It was my first time here and I had a great experience. The customer service was great, very friendly. I asked Jose which wash would be recommended in order to target my car needs bc I emphasized the interior was a priority for me, since I have a German Shepherd. He was very nice and helpful. I waited about an hour, which wasn't an issue for me. The waiting area was clean and spacious. Cesar left the interior of my car spotless! I loved it. He was also very nice and friendly. I will be coming back for sure!

ROUTE 66 CARWASH... I brought my car around 11am but got done at 06:30pm, the guy told me he was the manager took my car behind the building where he parked and never attended into it until when I started complaining but his arguments were because I was doing full car detailing that cost $250. I was watching them so closely while cleaning my car and I was not satisfied the way they were cleaning the engine with a high pressure pump. After they were done cleaning the vehicle, airbag warning light popped on the dashboard but when I told them they all started cursing me out saying that I brought the car that had problems since they knew I bought it from the auction. I'm just missed off.

Finally! Found the right place that offers great workmanship and variety of services. All other places I’ve experienced are all talk and worse yet my car comes back with swirling on paint or half done work. I understand now a days everything is “faster” but you get what you pay for. If your a little patient Peña’s hand wash and detailing will definitely not disappoint you. They gained a customer for life and can’t wait to let everyone I know about you guys

This family owned business is really good. They took care of my wife's car last week and my car this week. They do everything from cars to trucks and vans. Reasonably priced. They have been here about 3 years where they were in business over 20 years in Whittier. They even have customers come to Anaheim from Whittier to use the Pena family car wash and wax and detail service. Give them a try. They are next to a regular drive through car wash. Over there you have to vacuum yourself. At Pena they do it all. Here are some of the cars they were doing last time I was there.

Awesome customer service, took their time on my car, beats everyone else’s price’s, and the owner helped wash my car. Awesome spot I would recommend to anybody.
