I took my 03 Corolla to this shop to get diagnostics on SRS light / temp readout and rough idling (possible throttle body issue) Was told each issue would cost individually $200 to diagnose. Seemed a bit excessive (especially if the issues were related), so I said let's start with the SRS light and see how that goes. Apparently the technician took one look at the vehicle and literally stated on the invoice "technician does not feel comfortable working on vehicle for liability reasons." citing the fact that vehicle was involved in a front end collision and apparently not repaired properly and has 215k miles. I was basically told by the guy at the desk "be happy it drives or get rid of it." To the technician's credit they did scan for SRS codes and suggested spiral cable / connecti

I took my car to this store. My car was sitting idle for a while so it didn't pass the test. The clerk charge me and told me it is just because car was not running for a while and you bring it in couple of days and It will pass and I won't charge you for the retest. My wife took the car there next week two times and both time eventhough it was 1-1:30 hours before their end of business hours they denied to check the car and mentioned it is too late and come another day. after a week, I took the car early morning and I was a little upset since they denied us service days before. They said it is 30 dollars to recheck even though they offered free service week before and started threatening me.

Smog check- 10 minutes, very reasonably priced. Highly recommend 👍

New to PQ, I asked around for car service recommendations. This place and Sean was mentioned, and being close to me I thought I would start here: rang and spoke to Sean who was very helpful explaining how services work out here in the US. Booked in for later that week and very glad we did: professional and friendly from start to finish - and reasonable price. Will be going back.

Had my car smogged here and couldn’t have gone better! Shout out to Sean for being so nice everytime I’ve talked with him and professional. Fast service, top notch, didn’t need an appointment. Was able to sit in a chair inside and eat my food. I highly recommend coming here for smog checks! And it’s a STAR station too! Thanks guys!
