Penn Laird towing was extremely helpful today when my fiance's car was stuck in a ditch by the side of the driveway. The driver was really helpful and even went back to change trucks once he had assessed what was needed. He was kind, reassuring and efficient and we're so grateful for the help!
I had an unexpected issue after hitting a curb, part of my car’s exterior got stuck against the wheel, and I truly thought I’d need a full tow. I called Penn Laird Towing and they arrived incredibly fast. The driver was extremely efficient, kind, and knew exactly what to do. He carefully realigned the piece, checked everything over, and got my car drivable again when I was convinced it wasn’t going anywhere. His willingness to help went above and beyond my expectations. I’m still taking my car to the shop to be safe, but he absolutely saved me from a much bigger headache. I would 100% recommend this company to anyone who needs quick, reliable, and genuinely helpful service and I am so grateful for their help!
