He took the time to carefully go through all of my vehicle’s issues and made sure every concern was addressed with my best interest in mind. Joe’s professionalism, honesty, and attention to detail made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Great service experience at Penn Toyota. Started coming here after a long service history with another Toyota service department in Westbury. Joe W is a great service advisor and understands the clients needs and concerns. I asked for a full tire rotation since I have a full size spare, Joe accommodated that request without hesitation. Joe also addressed a TSB concern that I was not aware of recently - my previous Toyota service department in Westbury did not bring this TSB to my attention nor did they addressed my concerns. I would recommend Penn Toyota to anyone that has a Land Cruiser or 4Runner, Joe W is amazing

He was very patient, took the time to walk me through all of the repairs that needed to be done, and answered all of my questions without making me feel rushed. The entire staff was friendly, professional, and welcoming from start to finish. The service process was smooth and communication was clear. I also appreciated how transparent they were about the work and pricing. Overall, this was a positive experience. I brought my car in for my tire and had a really positive experience. I spoke with Ryan and he was very kind, respectful, and easy to talk to.
