We can’t say enough good things Pennington Chevrolet! We were on our way home from FL when our truck broke down right before the Salem exit. They got us in very quickly to determine the issue. Helped us find a rental car, shoutout to Blooming Creations, and we were able to drive the rest of the 4 hours home. It was a pretty major repair, but they were able to get it done in 2 days! Didn't make a deal the first day. Management called me and asked how they could get my business. I was honest and let them know. We were able to make an agreement. I got a very fair value on my truck and they gave me a good price on their truck. Win / win. Negative side. Truck wasn't washed very good. Full of water spots and some bird poop. I realize it was a Saturday and no one to do it. I do wish they would slow down the sales pressure. Salesman is a good guy and just maybe his style. We didn't go over warranty. Didn't see service area or who would I see with any problems. But I forgot to ask also. Plus side. Really the sales guy was polite. Sales manager seems ok. I had no intention of buying now. But the deal was very good. I'm 50 miles away so service won't happen here. I wi
