We drove for two hours in the snow from Jefferson County MO to Centralia IL to test drive a specific pre-owned tall-friendly vehicle we found online. Everyone working there was friendly. Our salesman Nick was AWESOME!!! He came out to greet us as we pulled in. He had the vehicle ready for us to test drive and made it easy to say yes to buying this vehicle. We were then introduced to Matt the finance guy. He was AWESOME as well!!! He made the purchase paperwork quick and easy. Matt had all the answers to my questions. We love our Ford Flex Limited! I would definitely recommend going to Pennington Ford.

About a week ago I called about a vehicle on there lot. I was told about how nice it was and how there mechanic looked it over and there were no issues. In a few days I came to look at it take it for a drive and took to a local mechanic. On the way to the mechanic I noticed it had a cracked front windshield. (I wasn't told about this over the phone) With the mechanic we take it for a ride. Come to find out it needs new back breaks and rotors and also an alignment. (I wasn't told about this on the phone either.) A rough price on everything that needed done was $2000.00. If a mechanic looked this vehicle over, why wasn't I told about these issues? Today, my family and I made the purchase of a SUV. It was undoubtedly one of the most seamless and enjoyable experiences we have had while acquiring a vehicle. Ms. Diane, affectionately known as Ms. Tweety Bird, was a pleasure to work with. It was evident that we were in good company with the beautiful spirit of Ms. Diane. The finance representative and the owner were also very accommodating and welcoming. Without hesitation, I would certainly do business with them again.

1st time here! Definitely was a good experience. Our car salesperson, Diane “tweety bird” was very helpful and good at what she does. We came on a Saturday afternoon, an hour or so right before they closed and several stayed past time to leave to help us get the car application done.
