Pennzoil 10 Minute Oil Change

Really enjoy this place for oil changes - engine, transmission, etc.. The service has always been really good. Also like the location a lot. Can't explain why, since it's downtown. Presently we bring my wife's car here and my Ford Transit van shown below. I hope to get over 200,000 miles like my last vehicle, and I'm enjoying Pennzoil of Medford helping me reach that milestone.

Got my oil change this morning and when I drove off I hear a grinding sound. Drove home parked it. Crawled under bolts loose and still have no clue where the grinding sound is coming from. Let's not forget they didn't take the air hose off my tire and leaving me with no valve covers. This was around 9am this morning.

The manager, John gets 5 stars. I’d give more if I could. The bolt for my front differential was stripped. He told me to bring my Toyota Tundra in that he had some tools that might get it out. He worked on it, got it free, replaced it with a new bolt. He told me it did not need differential fluid, that everything looked great. Topped off my fluids and gave me a free wash. I asked how much I owed him. He said nothing. I tipped the man 50$ and he will always get my business. I loved this oil change before today. Now I’m a customer for life! Thank you John!

They do a good job with the oil change but they put air in my tires and lost my custom valve covers. Kind of annoying.

I can always count on this place to come through when I need an oil change. They are quick, pay attention to detail and always work hard with a smile on their face to provide quality service. I’m grateful we have this oil change service. They even wash my window plus provide a free car wash after service. 😌 It doesn’t get much better than this.
