Wonderful experience buying parts with Pensacola Auto Parts for my wife’s van. Juan and the team there communicated very well and shipped promptly. Upon arrival it was discovered that a small part was missing, and after looking they could not find it in their yard, so they even offered a partial refund as a way of saying sorry and making it right. I’ve dealt with a lot of parts yards over the years and none have operated with integrity like this. Where you are local or far away and require shipping (like me), deal in confidence with these guys. I’ll definitely be back.

Great prices but parts inventory is completely inaccurate. If it says "in stock" do yourself a favor and call multiple times to validate they have it. 3 weeks later and sold part still says available that I wasted 3 hours driving for.

Not a good business. I drove a long way and spent around $100 in gas money to go pick up a fuel tank they had listed on eBay. I had made them a reasonable counteroffer to pick it up myself and save them some money and hassle of shipping it. It was listed with free shipping. When I got there, they could not find the tank and said they didn't even have the car from the listing. I told them that I had spent around $100 on gas to pick it up. They basically told me, sorry and I was S.O.L. They didn't offer to make good in any way, on what they had done that cost me money. I will never do business with them again and you shouldn't either if you value your money and your time.
