By far the best Harley Davidson dealership we’ve visited. Brittany, Harley, and Jake were fantastic to deal with. We are more than satisfied with our new Road Glide! The entire staff go out of their way to make customers feel welcome and at home. It’s nice to call Pensacola Harley Davidson our home dealership.

Great dealership. Impressive inventory. Staff goes above and beyond to make you feel like family. My only advice, do your homework before purchasing, they're not afraid to get top dollar. It's not personal, it's just business.

The wife and I took an Anniversary trip down to the Gulf Shores. We like to look for Harley stores. The closest one to Gulf Shores Alabama was Pensacola FL. So we drove the hour over through some pretty heavy down pours. We arrived in one piece and walked inside out of the rain. We first asked for a test we were kidding, of course, considering it was still down pouring We were greeted as soon as we walked in. All of the staff that we crossed paths with were very friendly more than I can say from other store we have visited across the country. Got to tell you Ben in motor clothes area was a great guy. If I lived closer we would be buddies. We went in to pick up a couple shirts and a baby outfit for our grandson. Ben has the up sale down. Like I said I walked in for a couple items walked

I did the MSF course at Harley-Davidson Pensacola on January 17-18. It was an amazing experience for me to learn. I had no experience riding motorcycles and messed up a lot. Shawn and Christina were my riding coaches, and they are AMAZING. They helped me learn to ride a motorcycle and feel comfortable. Even though I made mistakes, the coaches were patient and kind with me. I have nothing but amazing things to say about all the coaches and people there. Sammie, the head of the MFS course over there, was also phenomenal. I didn't pass my original skill evaluation, and he let me come back and take it, and I passed the second time around If you are looking to take the MSF course, I cannot recommend a better place to learn.

We are here often and the employees are always super helpful. The service department is great and caught a potential issue with my bike while they were checking it over before I went to The Dragon on it. They gave her a clean bill of health and she's doing great.
